1. Deep Breathing and Meditation.
Breathing is an exchange. Waste, carbon dioxide, is exchanged with oxygen as we breathe. Every cell in the body needs oxygen to work properly. How we breathe affects the nervous system, regulating the heart rate, blood pressure, circulation and digestion.
Meditation is a technique of directed concentration. Take the time each day to allow your self to focus on that still place inside you, while noticing your thoughts. After some time this will bring you a profound sense of peace and relaxation.
2. Water.
Drink 6-8 glasses of purified water each day. Our bodies are 70% water we need it for our cells to work properly.

You can affirm your goals by forming a sentence as if your goal was already achieved, repeat it, see it , feel it as if it were attained at least three times each day. If your stressed say, “I am safe and secure. Calmness surrounds me. I am at peace with myself and others.”
